  • Your payment details

  • The duration of your requested stay as well as any personal preferences related to your stay that you communicate to us

The data are stored and processed by us for the provision of our services and, where necessary and legally required, transmitted to third parties (e.g. public authorities, tourism associations). Your data will not be transferred to third countries.

If you refuse to provide your basic personal data, travel document data, or bank details, we will not be able to fulfil our contractual obligations or accommodate you at our establishment.

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

The legal bases for these data processing activities are:

  • the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you

  • consents obtained from you

  • legal, contractual, or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under accounting, tax and customs law, contract law, reporting obligations, or legal disputes)

The duration of data storage is determined by the length of our business relationship, the consents you have granted, as well as by the statutory retention periods and legal obligations applicable to us.

As a data subject, you also have the right to withdraw consent, access, erasure, rectification, restriction, and data portability of your personal data, provided that no statutory retention obligations on our part prevent this.

Guest Pass

If you request the issuance of the Guest Pass, we will transmit your personal data to the central coordination office of the Guest Pass in order to enable its issuance and use and to provide the related services.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government, the Mobility Consortium (VAT No. 02735170215) has been appointed as the Guest Pass provider and central coordination office. It acts as an independent data controller for the processing of the transmitted data.
