Plattei Apartment

In the “Plattei” apartment, the long history of the Lechtlhof comes to life. The apartment is located in the historic residential house of the Lechtlhof, built with natural stone walls. The Rhaeto-Romanic name “Plattei” refers to a nearby pasture.

The apartment is furnished with high-quality materials and is ground-floor accessible. From the kitchen and the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

The 60 m² apartment features a fully equipped kitchen-living area, a spacious bedroom (20 m²) with solid spruce wood furniture, a bathroom, and a balcony.

We place great importance on cleanliness and hygiene in our apartments. For this reason, we follow an effective cleaning and hygiene management system that also takes environmental responsibility into account.

Amenities

A cozy corner bench with a kitchen table made from aged stone pine, a spacious bedroom once designed for large farming families, and the slightly uneven walls create a warm atmosphere reminiscent of times gone by.

Due to the size of the bedroom, the Plattei apartment offers the possibility to place 1–2 additional beds next to the double bed. In the living kitchen, there is a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate another 1–2 people.

The corner bench and kitchen table in the Plattei apartment have a very special story: in 1799, French troops under Napoleon invaded the Upper Vinschgau and burned down the Lechtlhof. From a surviving piece of larch wood that did not burn, the wooden tabletop of the kitchen table in the Plattei apartment was crafted. The corner bench made of stone pine was also created from reclaimed old wood that was uncovered during renovation.
