Base Rates & Surcharges

• Base rate: valid for 2 guests per night

• Additional guests: each additional person €20 per night

• Children: free of charge up to their 6th birthday

• Pets: welcome, €8 per pet/night (please indicate when booking)

• Final cleaning: included in the price

• Short stays: for stays of fewer than 4 nights +10% surcharge per night

Minimum Stay

• Depending on the season: minimum stay of 3 or 6 nights

• July & August: bookings only possible from 14 nights

Included in the nightly rate:

• Bed linen, hand & bath towels, dish towels

• All fees and taxes (excluding tourist tax)

Additionally:

• Reschensee Guest Pass (use of all public transport in South Tyrol + many benefits)

• Farm organic products: depending on the season milk, eggs, vegetables for daily needs

• Environmentally friendly: biodegradable cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher salt, tabs)

Tourist Tax

• €3.30 per person/night

• Children under 14 years are exempt (with valid ID)

• Diaper bin

Arrival & Departure

• Arrival: from 3:00 PM

• Departure: until 10:00 AM

• Preferred arrival & departure day: Saturday

Payment

No POS terminal on site (no card payments possible). Remaining balance optionally:

      a) in cash on the last day of your stay

      b) by bank transfer before arrival

      c) during the stay via online banking

Note: Online transfers may take up to 4 days. Please complete at least 3 days before departure and send confirmation by email.

Booking & Cancellation

Booking is valid upon receipt of a deposit (non-transferable and retained in case of cancellation).

The following conditions apply pursuant to Art. 1382 Italian Civil Code:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, only deposit retained

• Up to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total amount

• Up to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

• Less than 10 days / no-show / early departure: 95% of the total amount

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to arrive.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

We recommend the Roter Hahn cancellation protection, which covers cancellation fees.

Digital Guest Card – Reschensee Guest Pass

• Valid for the entire stay, from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure

• Includes: use of all public transport (Südtirolmobil) + additional services depending on the tourism organization
